Barcode Glam Studio No Show/ Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Barcode Glam Studio, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. At this time we are requiring a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. Its just a holding spot. Any appointments that are cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). If you are 10+ minutes late to an appointment you will be considered as a “NO SHOW”. As a “NO SHOW” you will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount for that appointment. Appointments made within the 24-hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. - Multiple services not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

If you are charged the NO SHOW/ 24-HOUR CANCELLATION fee & the funds are not on your card; you will not be able to book with us again until that fee is paid.

Since we give a 10 minute grace period for your appointment; we still expect you to be on time. So if you are consecutively late (example 4 minutes, 5 minutes, 7 minutes) to at least 3 appointments in a row we will cancel you as a client.

If you have purchased a Groupon for one of our services & you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or you are considered as a "No Show"; the Groupon voucher will be redeem & will not be able to use in the future.
