For service concerns please contact #513-294-8587 within 1-2 day of your completed appointment to express concern. For product concerns please email us within 1-2 of purchase at hello@barcodeglam.com

ALL APPAREL, SHOES & ACCESSORIES are FINAL. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.

Return Information

  1. You must email us within 5 days of receiving the product, if you are not happy with the item. The email must have your Order # & the reason for the return or exchange. Also please let us know if you want a store credit or exchange. If exchange let us know which item.
  2. After we receive the email from you we will send you a separate email with the return shipping label attached.
  3. You have 7 days from receiving the return shipping label to return the item back to us.
  4. All items must be in their original packages
  5. All items must be returned in brand new condition (unworn, no damage, nothing on the bottoms shoes, unwashed & all tags on the items).
  6. No damages on the shoe boxes.
  7. You have a total of 14 days to get the return item back to us, from the date of delivery. 
  8. If you don't follow steps 1-7 your exchange or return will be ineligible.

If the return doesn’t meet these requirements for an exchange or store credit it is consider as an ineligible return & the item will be shipped back to you.
