ALL APPAREL, SHOES & ACCESSORIES are FINAL. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.

- You must email us within 5 days of receiving the product, if you are not happy with the item. The email must have your Order # & the reason for the return or exchange. Also please let us know if you want a store credit or exchange. If exchange let us know which item.
- After we receive the email from you we will send you a separate email with the return shipping label attached.
- You have 7 days from receiving the return shipping label to return the item back to us.
- All items must be in their original packages
- All items must be returned in brand new condition (unworn, no damage, nothing on the bottoms shoes, unwashed & all tags on the items).
- No damages on the shoe boxes.
- You have a total of 14 days to get the return item back to us, from the date of delivery.
- If you don't follow steps 1-7 your exchange or return will be ineligible.
If the return doesn’t meet these requirements for an exchange or store credit it is consider as an ineligible return & the item will be shipped back to you.
